You may exchange defect*/incorrect items to us up to 7 days from when your goods are received, provided it is in it's original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. We can exchange to a different size or colour of the same item. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot offer exchanges on any apparel that has been tried.
Exchanges for a different item will not be entertained.
Returns have to be mailed via traceable couriers such as Singpost SmartPac, or Singpost Registered Mail. Postage costs for all returns will be borne by the consumer.
International Returns: Customs declarations must be marked 'Returned goods. No commercial value'.
Please communicate with us via email at Alliance.firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your items back to us. Do help us identify you by stating your Order ID in your email, including detailed photos of the defect area/s (for defects).
*All defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Team 9tro will solely determine its eligibility for exchange.
These are not considered defects and therefore, not eligible for returns/exchange:
- Difference in measurements may occur, by 0.5” – 0.75” due to mass production.
- Slight difference in item colour due to strong studio lighting may be inevitable, likewise for discrepancies arising from individual cellphone/computer resolutions.
- Slight stains on inner lining.
- Items with minute imperfections such as crease marks, loose threads, small thread bumps, slight stains within the size of 1cm.
- Print anomalies from digital printing.
- Defects that do not affect the overall look or functionality of the item.
- Defects which might have been caused after washing or handling by customer.
- Variation in prints placement.
9tro Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any request (defective or non-defective inclusive) for Return, if returned merchandise(s) do not meet our requirements or consumer failure to provide proof of purchase.
In the event a mailed out exchange parcel that is not eligible for returns/exchanges shows up on our doorstep, the consumer will be required to bear the costs to have the parcel returned. 9tro Group Pte Ltd will not be responsible for the costs of returning the parcel to the customer. Unclaimed parcels will be disposed off in 30 days upon receiving.
